Feinrich/Hampton/Dauphin

Due the middle of July, 2023!

Our last foal of the season will be from our consistent producing, quality mare Highland Lily. This mare routinely passes on an even tempered disposition, great movement, good bone and feet to each of her foals. Feinrich was imported from Germany last spring and we took advantage of his arrival to North America as we really like the horse and his pedigree.

HIGHLAND LILY

Lily’s sire, Hampton, as a 3-year-old, was reserve champion of his 70-Day Stallion Test in Schlieckau with the overall score of 134.24. Hampton’s sire, His Highness, was the Champion of his Hanoverian stallion licensing, his stallion test and the Danish stallion licensing. He was a successful dressage competitor and sire. Hampton’s dam sire was the legendary Rotspon. Rotspon was reserve champion of his licensing and the following year, easily won his performance test with a score of 145.67. He was a particular star for the test riders, giving them all such a pleasant ride.

Highland Lily’s dam, Daulia, is by the successful Hanoverian sire, Dauphin. By the end of his 11-Month Stallion Performance Test at Adelheidsdorf, with 49 other colts participating, he had earned a score in dressage that ranked him fourth in the group, and Dauphin was invited to remain at Celle on breeding lease. Dauphin descends from the famous dressage stallion Donnerhall, who was known not only for having a successful career as a sport horse, but also passing on his abilities to his offspring to become an influential sire. He placed second in his performance test at Adelheidsdorf and won many Grand Prix, Grand Prix Specials and Freestyles. Dauphin’s dam sire is the famous Hanoverian Stalllion, Feiner Stern. Feiner Stern completed his stallion performance test in 1986 in Adelherdsdorf and he received 9’s on his trot, canter, and rideability.

FEINRICH

In 2015, Feinrich was the glowing winner of his stallion licensing and completed his stallion performance test with flying colours. In 2018, he won young horse dressage competitions of his age group, qualified for the German championships, and has since achieved top placings in intermediate (M**) dressage competitions and is continuing his training and show career in North America. His sire Fürst Heinrich was Champion Stallion in 2001, winner of the main premium in 2002, World Champion of five-year-old dressage horses in 2003, and has produced many licensed stallions.

Feinrich’s dam is El. St. Gesina. She is considered a legendary producer of top mares and stallions including For Romance I. Gesina’s dam sire, Sir Donnerhall, was the third highest placed young stallion at the 2003 Oldenburg Licensing in Vechta and won the 30-day Stallion Performance Test in Schlickau. He achieved the highest overall results of 8.95. For dressage he got a score of 9.26. He has sired many licensed sons.
